Website enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we collect the job type, your name, phone number, email address, suburb and any job details you choose to provide. We use this information to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry.

Enquiries are stored before an email notification is sent to Becka Electrical. They are retained for seven years as business records. Please do not include information that is not needed for us to understand and respond to the job.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is off unless you select Allow analytics. If you allow it, the website loads Google Analytics and Google may use cookies to distinguish visits and sessions.

The standard measurement can collect:

• pages visited and interactions such as scrolling and outbound link clicks;
• session statistics and the referring website or campaign;
• approximate location derived from the connection; and
• browser, device, operating system and language information.

After an enquiry is accepted, the website may send an event named generate_lead. The event does not include your name, phone number, email address, suburb or job details.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, secure enquiry storage, email delivery and optional analytics. They process information to provide those services. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services and publishes its privacy policy.

Your analytics choice

Your choice is stored in your browser. Selecting No thanks keeps Google Analytics off. You can change the choice at any time. If you turn analytics off after previously allowing it, the website disables measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies it can access.
